Shaun Cunningham, VP of Operations

Shaun has a degree in economics from the University of Utah, and launched his first software company in October of 2002, focusing on the fulfillment and shipping business. In 2006, Shaun co-founded Utah Wine Cellar Design with business partner Sloane Bouchever. Today, this business thrives, with a new location recently opened in Minneapolis, MN. Shaun recently joined his Wine Cellar partner to help deliver savvy, sophisticated and simple payment acceptance solutions to new and emerging Internet businesses.  Dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, Shaun manages day-to-day operations with an iron fist, and often a glass of wine.

Rhoda Steward, VP of Sales

Rhoda has dedicated her career to helping financial institutions and associations succeed in the payments arena. She got her feet wet selling merchant services to the clients of bank and association partners for ChasePaymentech, then rose to Territory Manager, where she was responsible for more than two dozen account executives and a portfolio of more than 100 banks. Rhoda then became Director of Sales at First American Payment Systems, where she managed a portfolio of bank, franchise and association partners and also handled marketing and client relations. Today, as Vice President of Sales, Rhoda applies this vast and varied experience to her goal of developing prosperous relationships with our referral partners.

Nancy Drexler, VP of Marketing

Nancy has spent more than 25 years in marketing, and more than ten in the payments industry. As a Creative Director at Impressions Strategic Marketing, Nancy worked with such clients as MasterCard, Chase Auto Finance, PR Newswire and EVO. She has also been a Board member of the National Association for Payment Professionals, and is a frequent contributor to The Green Sheet. Her role is to provide our marketing partners with all the benefits of a full-service marketing and advertising agency.

Randy Jones, Director of Sales

Randy, our newest team member, spent the last 5 years signing major merchants as an employee of ChasePaymentech. Randy also managed referral relationships for 30+ Chase branches in NY & NJ with Chase Banking partners. Today, as Director of Sales, Randy works with IPS’s largest clients, signing them to our industry leading interchange-plus pricing.

Sam Ibriham, Manager of Risk and Underwriting

After graduating from Cairo University and City University of New York, Sam began his career as a Risk and Credit Analyst at Card Payment Systems. Several years later he moved to NPC as a Fraud Analyst managing national accounts, and then to Cynergy Data, where he ultimately become the Manager of Risk & Loss Prevention. Since joining the team in 2009, Sam’s trained eye and keen instincts have saved our partners tens of thousands of dollars in potential losses.

Paola Vidal, Manager of Customer Support

Paola joined the payments industry in its infancy, and spent more than a decade working in leasing, accounting and credit underwriting departments. The first Credit Underwriting Manager for Cynergy Data, she also served as Vice President of Operations for Tribul Merchant Services before joining the team in 2009. Here, she devotes all of her knowledge and experience to maximizing our relationships with partner and merchant customers by ensuring fast response times, informed information and courteous and professional service.
